Yes. By attending an IIA conference, you are eligible to earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits based on the number of sessions you attend. Attendance is tracked using scanners at the entrance to each session.
The IIA’s educational programs meet the requirements for CPE credit and help internal auditors comply with the education standards outlined in The IIA’s International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.
The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.
CPE certificates will be emailed within 60 days after the conference to the email address used during registration.
