What if I change my mind or can't attend the course?

If you need to cancel your registration, your request must be submitted in writing before the event start date. The IIA’s cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 4 weeks before the event: No cancellation fee.

• Between 2 to 4 weeks before the event: A nonrefundable service charge of US $295 applies. This fee will be waived if you register for another training program at the time of cancellation.

• 2 weeks or less before the event: No refunds will be issued.

All refund requests will be processed within 30 days after the program concludes.
