What if I change my mind or can't attend the course?

Cancellations must be made in writing before the event's start date. The IIA's cancellation policy is as follows: No cancellation fee for cancellations received more than four weeks out from the start of the event. A non-refundable service charge of US $495 for cancellations received from four to two weeks out from the start of the event. This fee will be waived if another training program is purchased at time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for cancellations received two weeks or less from the start of the event. All requests for refunds will be processed within 30 days following the program. Fees, courses, and program content are subject to change without notice.
