I recently joined The IIA but have not yet received any mail from The IIA. What should I do?

Verify your preferred mailing address and communication preferences by updating your profile. After logging in to this website, click Profile at the top right of the screen and select My Profile to display your current contact information. Click the Edit button to make changes. If you experience difficulties in receiving mail at work, check with your mailroom and/or change your preferred mailing address to your residence. Please submit a support ticket if you need further assistance.
