How to Launch Your OnDemand Course

1. Sign in to the  OnDemand website.
2. On your Dashboard, locate the course thumbnail under “My Active Courses.”
3. Click “Play” on the course thumbnail.
4. Then, click “Play” again on the background image to launch the course.

Sign in using your IIA Account Member/Customer ID and password.

Not sure if you have an IIA Account Member/Customer ID?

You already have an ID if:

• You are a member of The IIA, either directly or through one of our International Affiliates.

• You have attended an IIA event or training, or have made a purchase through The IIA.

Need help finding or creating your ID?

• If you don’t know your IIA Account Member/Customer ID, visit the Reset Password page or contact IIA Customer Relations at +1 407-937-1111. You may also contact your local IIA Affiliate for assistance.
