If you previously had a group membership and now want to switch to an individual membership, the Renew button will not be available.

Please visit Join The IIA and select Join Now while signed in to your existing IIA account. This will allow you to begin an individual membership using your current account. .

wf_order_type	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
