I renewed my group, why do I keep getting emails the group is expiring?

Although the group was renewed, slots may not have been assigned causing membership not to show. To assign slots for membership, please do the following:

  1. Please click here to log in to the IIA Admin Portal using your IIA credentials
  2. Select Manage Slots to assign the membership slots.
  3. Check the boxes on the left side of each individual you wish to assign the renew slots.
