How do I purchase a registration for IIA training?

We offer a variety of ways to register and pay for IIA seminars, which are typically multi-day courses offered at locations around the United States. Choose the method that is most convenient for you:

Online: To register online, visit theiia.org/learning

First, locate and select the desired course.

Next, complete your registration by adding the desired course to the cart by selecting the ADD TO CART button.

 

The IIA accepts credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa).

**if you are not ready to make payment, you have the option to create a quote by selecting the checkbox beneath Place Quote.

Quote - Customers may create and download a quote without committing to pay for the order. Quotes expire after 60 days. Customers may return the quote and convert it into an invoice for payment (i.e., Pending Order) within the 60-day Quote period. After converting a quote to a pending order, the customer will have the remainder of the original 60-day period to post payment.

Pending Order - A pending order is a commitment to pay. The customer may choose a direct payment method (e.g., credit card) or a deferred payment method (e.g., wire transfer with an automatic $20 wire fee, ACH from a U.S. bank, or a check). Unpaid orders will expire at the end of the original 60-day period.

**Individual confirmations will not be issued until payment is received. Deadline for payment is 3 business days prior to the start of the event

Group Registration: If you are part of a group membership, please reach out to your group administrator to register 2 or more individuals.

If you are not part of a group membership and want to register a group of 2 or more individuals, send an email to training@iiacustomersupport.org. Please provide each registrant’s name and contact information (address, telephone, email address), course name, date of presentation, and location. Include contact information for payment.

**Group invoices will be sent, but individual confirmations will not be issued until payment is received. Deadline for payment is 3 business days prior to the start of the event.
