Once all certification program requirements are met, your designation will display on your account within 3-5 business days. Upon certification, you will be able to print a digital certificate or order a physical certificate from CCMS.
Please note that for shipments outside North America without expedited shipping, delivery may take up to 16 weeks. The IIA is unable to investigate missing deliveries until the 16-week delivery window has passed. If you have not received your package after 16 weeks, please open a case through your CCMS account for further assistance.
