Should I wait until December 31 to renew my certification?

You do not need to wait until December 31 to renew your certification(s). Annual Certification Renewal is open from 1 October - 31 December each year. The renewal button will become available in the CCMS portal after October 1^st. Once you have earned all required CPEs, you may log in to your CCMS portal to begin your renewal.

wf_order	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check in which the order the tickets are filtered for custom ticket filters eg: due_by, agent_responded_at, requester_responded_at, etc.
wf_order_type	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
