If I already have a copy of a publication that is included in my course materials, can I get a discount, refund, or credit?

The IIA will not offer a discount or credit for individuals enrolled in a training and who have previously purchased an included publication. However, members can gift their eBook copy of the duplicate publication within the course to another member. If the member has not redeemed their new code, they can give it away, and the access instructions will work for the other person.
