If I already have a copy of a publication that is included in my course materials, can I get a discount, refund, or credit?

Duplicate Publication Policy

The IIA will not offer a discount or credit for individuals enrolled in a training who have previously purchased an included publication. However, members may gift their eBook copy of the duplicate publication within the course to another member.

If the member has not yet redeemed their new code, they can give it away. The access instructions will work for the recipient, allowing them to access the content.
