Your personal identification (GAN) number is associated with your IIA account and can be found while you are signed in to your MyIIA profile.
To locate your GAN number, sign in to your MyIIA account and navigate to your profile/account information, where your personal identification number is displayed.
If you are unable to locate your ID number while signed in, please submit a support ticket. Select Customer Support in the dropdown question as shown in the screenshot.
