I added an individual to our group account who has an IIA Global Account Number, but a new one was created, what should I do?

Please ensure you are using the email address associated to the person’s existing account if you are adding someone who has a profile already to prevent the creation of a duplicate record. If a duplicate account has been created, the individual should submit a support ticket to have their profiles merged into their original GAN.
