Click the 'Can't access your account?' link on the SIGN IN tab on the landing page of theiia.org. Enter your registered email address, enter the captcha code, and click Submit. If you do not receive an email with instructions to reset your password, please submit a support ticket and select Account Recovery from the dropdown question on the ticket form as shown in the screenshot below. Please also provide your Global Account Number (GAN) in the description box.
