In my country/territory, I must apply for a visa to attend an Instructor-Led Training being held in the United States, and that requires an invitation to the event. Can you send me an invitation?

The IIA is happy to provide a customized letter of invitation to accompany your visa application after full payment for an event has been received. For those who require an invitation, we recommend that as soon as you register and pay the full registration fee for your chosen event, you can contact us with your request at https://service.iiacustomersupport.org/en/support/home. Please provide the title, date and location of the course and the information below:

• «Organization»
• «Address»
• «City», «Postal_Code» «Country»
• «Passport Number»

You will receive a PDF printable file on IIA letterhead via an email attachment.

If you are unable to acquire a visa required for travel up to 5 business days prior to the start of the original event, The IIA will do one of the following:

• Refund your registration fee in full upon request.
• Transfer you to an equally priced course. No additional discounts will be applied.

Transfer your registration to another individual. Please note that the other individual needs to have active membership if you paid the member rate.
