How to Download Your Certificate

To access and download your certificate in the IIA LMS, follow the steps below:

1. Rollover User Menu (Top Left corner)
2. Click My Learning History

3. Find the Course(s)
4. Click “Download a copy of your Certificate”

Tip: Make sure you are logged in with the same account used for the course registration.

Can’t find a previously completed course? Click Enrollment status and change it to Archive to see if the course has already been archived.

_helpkit_session	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Your secret key for verifying cookie session data integrity. If you change this key, all old sessions will become invalid!
helpdesk_node_session	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	An encrypted hash that stores the secret key and id of the login attempt.
user_credentials	theiia.freshdesk.com	2 months	Used for user authentication.
wf_order	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check in which the order the tickets are filtered for custom ticket filters eg: due_by, agent_responded_at, requester_responded_at, etc.
wf_order_type	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
