How can I obtain receipt of my payment?

To obtain a receipt, please log in to your MyIIA Portal using your IIA credentials. From the portal click on My Transactions and then on Orders. Please click on Details to view the receipt. You will be able to download or print it.

user_credentials	theiia.freshdesk.com	2 months	Used for user authentication.
wf_order	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check in which the order the tickets are filtered for custom ticket filters eg: due_by, agent_responded_at, requester_responded_at, etc.
wf_order_type	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Used to check if the order is ascending or descending for custom ticket filters.
wf_filter	theiia.freshdesk.com	Session	Denotes which filter is applied for the tickets list.
