Can I cancel or modify my order?

Product Return Policy

The IIA guarantees your satisfaction! If the product you order does not meet your needs, please return it to the IIA Distribution Center along with a copy of your packing slip within 30 days, and we will gladly issue a refund or credit. Products must be in restockable condition.

Please allow four to six weeks for refund processing. Refunds or credits will reflect the invoice amount, less shipping and handling, prepaid postage, and—if applicable—the US $30 bank collection charge.

Please note:

• The IIA is not responsible for merchandise damaged during return shipment and will not issue a refund or credit. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
• The IIA does not accept returns of downloadable or online products, including eBooks.
• College and university bookstores will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
• Refunds or credits will not be issued for discontinued merchandise.
• Items returned outside the parameters of the return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
