How do I download my eBook/Templates after purchase?

Redeem Your eBook

Redeem your eBook code in your VitalSource Bookshelf to access your content.

Please note that online access via a web browser expires after 5 years. To ensure continued access beyond that time, download the VitalSource Bookshelf App.


Missing eBook Code

If you did not receive your eBook code, please check your Spam, Junk, or Quarantine folders to ensure the message was not filtered by your organization’s email security system. The email will have the subject line “Access Your eBook.”

If you still cannot locate the email, please submit a request to Customer Support. Our team can verify your order and resend your eBook code if needed.
