How do I download my eBook/Templates after purchase?

If you did not receive your eBook code, please check your Spam, Junk, or Quarantine folders to ensure the email was not filtered by your organization’s email security system. The message will have the subject line “Access Your eBook.”

Redeem the code in your VitalSource Bookshelf to access the content.

Please note that online access via a web browser expires after 5 years. To continue accessing your content indefinitely, download the VitalSource Bookshelf App.

If you still cannot locate the email, please submit a ticket to Customer Support. Our team can verify your order and resend your eBook code if necessary.
