Accessing Ancillary Materials in VitalSource
Summary: Ancillary materials—such as instructor resources, files, or supplemental content—are available in VitalSource Bookshelf Online when provided by the publisher. If you cannot locate or download these materials, follow the steps below.
Issue
Users are unable to find or download ancillary materials within their VitalSource Bookshelf account.
Cause
Ancillary materials can only be accessed when using Bookshelf Online via a web browser. These materials cannot be viewed or downloaded from the Bookshelf mobile applications.
How to Access Ancillary Materials
- Go to Bookshelf Online using a supported web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) on your PC or Mac:
https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com - Sign in using your Bookshelf account credentials.
- Click on My Library and locate your eBook.
- Click the Ancillaries link to download all available materials.
