What if technical difficulties impact the viewing of the webinar?

If you experience technical difficulties due to personal bandwidth, Wi-Fi restrictions, or other reasons that impact your time in attendance and/or response to alertness checks, you will not be eligible to receive NASBA CPE credit. It is the registrant's responsibility to ensure they meet the minimum technical requirements to interact with the platform. If you experience difficulties, you should immediately use the chat to inform IIA moderators who can provide on the spot technical assistance.
